So, you are thinking to have your ultimate dream guitar made. Great! Each Dejawu Guitar is individually made, completely built to your wishes. We can build (almost) anything you want. Our expertise lies in building semi-acoustic guitars and arch tops, and since Jonathan joined our team especially in classical guitars and steel string guitars as well. Hand carved instruments made with solid tone woods.
Interested in buying a custom Dejawu Guitar? Here’s how it works.
1. Contact us
The first thing you should do is contact us. If you live close by enough to visit our workshop/showroom, good! If not, no problem. We’ll just discuss your wishes via phone, email, or whatever other medium you wish to use.
We ask you to fill in a custom order form to help us identify your wishes. Filling in this form is completely without cost and/or obligation.
Please read our Warranty & Repair and Shipping & Returns policy for the terms and conditions that apply so you know in advance what to expect.
2. Confirming your choices
When you are sure about all your choices, we ask you to confirm your order. Hereafter, it is not possible anymore to change your choices.
Before we start your build we need you to make a down payment of €1000,-.
3. completing your order & Payment
When your instrument is completed, you must transfer the remaining balance to our account within 10 working days.
Should you fail to pay the remaining balance of your custom guitar within 10 working days after we've completed your build, we are forced to confiscate your guitar and forfeit your down payment.
4. Good to know
Time
Please note that building a Dejawu Guitar is a very labor-intensive job. From start to finish, it can take up to six months!
Returns
Please take some time to consider well your options before purchasing a custom Dejawu Guitar. Your guitar is completely fitted to your personal liking, that is why you cannot return a guitar that is personally made for you. Please read our Shipping & Returns policy.
Prices
Prices are including 21% (Dutch) sales tax.
Warranty
Your new Dejawu Guitar is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years, subject to the limitations contained in this warranty. Please read our Warranty & Repair policy.
